2. Geographic coverage area

Technical inspection services are available for properties located in Bucharest and Ilfov County at the standard rates displayed on the website. For properties located in other areas of the country, please contact us for a customised quote.

3. Property size

The displayed prices are valid for properties with a usable area of up to 200 sqm. For properties exceeding this area, the fee is calculated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the complexity and size of the property.

4. Owner's consent

Technical inspections are carried out exclusively with the written consent of the property owner or the legally authorised person. The service beneficiary is responsible for obtaining this consent prior to scheduling the inspection.

5. Standards and regulations

All inspections are performed in accordance with the norms, standards and technical regulations in force at the date of the inspection. Our team of specialists applies professionally recognised methodologies in the field of civil construction.

6. Access to the property

The beneficiary or property owner must provide the inspection team with access to all areas required for the inspections (including basement, attic, electrical panel, technical rooms). Limited access may affect the coverage scope of the technical report.

7. Nature of the report

The Inspecție Casă report represents a technical assessment of the condition of the property at the time of the inspection. It does not constitute a guarantee regarding the future evolution of the property's condition and does not replace a judicial expertise or an energy performance certificate.

8. About the service

Inspecție Casă is the INGEVO SRL service dedicated to complete technical property inspection, carried out by engineers with experience in civil construction, utilities and structures.

9. Invasive methods (Expert package)

Invasive investigation methods (coring, probing, opening finishes), available within the Expert package, are carried out only with the explicit written consent of the owner. Restoration work on areas affected by invasive investigations is not included in the service price.

10. Delivery policy

The Inspecție Casă service is delivered in two stages:

1. On-site inspection -- carried out at the date and time agreed upon, at the property address provided by the client.

2. Technical report -- delivered in digital format (PDF), by email, to the address specified by the client at the time of ordering. For SNAGGING, BASIC, PLUS and PREMIUM packages, the report is delivered within 24 hours of the inspection. For the EXPERT package, the delivery timeframe varies depending on the required laboratory tests; the estimated timeframe is communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Scheduling confirmation and delivery details are communicated by email and/or phone.

11. Cancellation policy

The client may cancel the order at any time before the scheduled inspection date. For cancellations communicated at least 24 hours in advance, no additional costs apply. For cancellations communicated less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show, we reserve the right to request coverage of travel costs. Rescheduling the inspection is free of charge. 12. Payment terms

Payment for the service is made according to the contractually agreed terms, before the start of inspections or according to the issued invoice. Accepted payment methods are communicated at the time of order confirmation.

13. Force majeure

If the inspection cannot be carried out on the scheduled date due to circumstances beyond the control of either party (extreme weather conditions, access restrictions imposed by third parties, emergency situations), the inspection will be rescheduled free of charge, at a date convenient to both parties, without penalties.

14. Limitation of liability

The liability of INGEVO SRL for any damages resulting from the provision of the service is limited to the value of the contracted service. The technical report represents a professional assessment at the time of inspection and does not constitute a guarantee regarding the future evolution of the property's condition.
